Women’s Institute (WI)

Sutton Benger WI is a growing and lively group whose aim is to have fun whilst upholding the values and traditions of the WI. It is open to all women – and we are lucky to have a flourishing membership of ladies whose ages span four decades.

During the year we hold a wide range of interesting talks, events and trips – and at every opportunity, we try to learn new skills.

We meet on the First Wednesday of every month in Sutton Benger Village Hall at 7.45pm. Our programme is published in advance in the Parish Magazine.

Our Committee is led by (President) Joanna Watchman, Sue Stocker (Treasurer), and Kate Pearce (Secretary) who are supported by a wider group.

We welcome new members at any point in the year. Ladies are welcome to come along for up to three ‘taster’ meetings for free.  Membership fees will be £44 in 2023. Joiners later in the year will be charged at a lower rate.  We look forward to seeing you.
